FAQ

Can I snorkel if I can't swim?
Absolutely! You'll wear a life jacket that keeps you afloat at all times. Your instructor will stay by your side throughout the experience, so even complete beginners can enjoy snorkeling safely.
What is the minimum age to participate?
Most shops accept children aged 6 and above. Some operators offer special programs for ages 3-5 using float rings and underwater viewing boxes.
What should I bring?
Just bring a swimsuit, towel, and a change of clothes. Snorkeling equipment (mask, fins, life jacket) is provided by the shop. Don't forget sunscreen and sandals.
Can I wear contact lenses while snorkeling?
Soft contact lenses are fine to wear. Bring spare lenses or glasses just in case. Some shops also offer prescription masks.
Can I snorkel on a rainy day?
Yes, light rain doesn't affect snorkeling at all since you're already in the water. However, activities may be cancelled in strong winds or high waves for safety reasons.
